organisation. Magnetise operates a network of web-based competition and
survey platforms (known as the TopFox Network). We work closely with
some of the UK's leading brands to help them better target their offers
and to help them learn more about what consumers want from their

TopFox
and Partner Websites
Please note that we, TopFox, power the competition and offer
areas of various third party websites although we are an independent
third party. You will have a TopFox account which allows you to
log in to TopFox via any TopFox-powered site. These sites are
all referred to in this policy as 'partner websites'.
Our partners wish to offer the users of their websites the opportunity
to participate in surveys, offers, competitions and questionnaires (all
of which we refer to as 'surveys' in this policy). Please note that the
operators of our partner websites may also retain your data and you may
be offered the opportunity to opt-in to their marketing and promotional
services (which will be subject to their terms and conditions and
privacy policies).
You may be registered both with TopFox and our partner websites
and as such you may receive separate promotions, emails and offers from
TopFox and our partners. If you unsubscribe from TopFox

We Use Your Data
The information with which you provide to us will only be used by us and
the companies that sponsor the specific surveys or competitions you
complete (and our partner websites if you register through a partner).
The information will be used for analytical and marketing purposes.
Your registration and profile data will be used by us to send you a
regular email with details of surveys for you to complete. We will also
use your Registration and Profile data to ensure that you are supplied
with the most appropriate content.
All data supplied by you may be used by us for general administration
purposes. We will use the data that is collected about you to determine
the order of the sponsor questions and the prizes that are displayed to
you. This helps us to show you the most relevant content.
Your data together with that of other subscribers to our service may
also be combined in order of us to build statistical and analytical
tables. At no time will your data be individually identifiable in such

When you complete a survey your Registration and Profile Data and your
Survey Responses will be supplied by us to the sponsor of the survey for
their own marketing and promotional purposes.
Your data may also be provided to our clients to be added to information
they already hold about you for the purposes of contacting you with
information about their products and services. When they contact you
these clients will seek your appropriate consent.
The information you provide to us may be transferred to countries
outside of the European Union (“EU”). If we transfer your information
outside of the EU in this way, we will take steps with the aim of
ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined
in this privacy policy.
If you use our services while you are outside the EU, your information
may be transferred outside the EU in order to provide you with those

Participation
in Competitions, Questionnaires and Offers
By participating in a survey you are agreeing to allow us to transfer
both your Registration and Profile Data and your Survey Responses to the
sponsor of that survey. By completing the survey you are “opting-in” to
the transfer of that data.
We are keen to ensure that the principals of "opting-in" are clearly
explained. This means that when you participate in a
questionnaire/sponsor question, you understand that you may receive
promotional offers from us or the sponsoring company based on the
information you provide in that questionnaire and the initial
registration page. You can de-register at any time if you would prefer
not to receive such promotions in the future.
Sponsors of the surveys may have their own privacy policies and opt-in
statements, we strongly recommend that you read and understand this

provide us with is safe and only used for the purposes you requested.

offer or competition you will be consenting to the disclosure of your
personal information to that sponsor.
Refer
a friend
We hope that you enjoy our service and will thus refer your friends.
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our
site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will
automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to
visit TopFox or one of our partner websites. We store this
information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email,
tracking the success of our referral program and to make sure that the
recipient only receives 1 email. This information is held for 1 month.

to request that we remove this information from our database.
Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from the TopFox service at any time
according to your requirements through the Site by logging-in and
visiting the “My Account / Preferences” page and ticking the unregister
option.
The consequences of unregistration are that your account details will be
placed in a suppression file and you will not receive any further email
communications from the TopFox service.
At the bottom of every email that we send out you will be provided with
clear information on how you can un-subscribe.
